Re: results of Doodle poll for standing PBG/PBG-SC meeting time

I agree if we go with Tues as the attempted call time (which seems to make
the most sense) it's probably too abrupt to get a expect a call for day
after tomorrow. It will likely be regrets for me for the Tues 9am call on
28th, but assuming Ivan can make it I don't see a major issue with that
given the agenda.

+1 to your thoughts re: next meeting etc., LMK if you'd like me to send
said email, or you or another co-chair can proceed. I can set up webex for
the call (I suggest we send webex pwd to the non-publicly-archived list but
keep the pwd something simple a la dpub ig so it can also be spread by
word-of-mouth).

I presume by "edit the charter" that you mean submit / comment on github
issues and that Ivan will continue to act as interim editor to actually
make changes to the WG charter text as he sees consensus, is that right? If
so Ivan can you support getting out a draft this Thursday given your
Budapest travel?

I suggest since we didn't expand the Doodle poll to the whole list that the
initial announcement of the standing time slot have some tentativeness to
it e.g. "based on schedules of the co-chairs, steering committee, and W3C
staff we would like to proposed, and have as our first meeting, every other
week at UTC 16:00 (we will relook at the standing time as a discussion
topic in this or another upcoming meeting)".
