Reminder that the connection information for our calls changed recently: * Meeting Number: 647 643 774 * Web Access: https://mit.webex.com/mit/j.php?MTID=mf04db1a7f705aca3f6af956835be4f2b All other data are unchanged; the complete set of data are at [1]. In particular, the meeting password has not changed. However: it is very important that we should never communicate the password on a public channel. That means our IRC channels (whose records are public) or our mailing lists (whose archives are also public). Please ask your colleagues, the chairs of the group, Bill McCoy or me for the password if you have forgotten those either in a private mail or opening a private IRC channel. I think we should shoot for at least 1-2 July meetings because there will inevitably be many no-shows during August. On the 27th I will be travelling to Le Hague to attend the Better Together Conference so I cannot participate but I believe we need to confirm the resolution of the task force regarding the update of the ISO TS. RESOLUTION: This task force will recommend to EPUB 3 CG and PBG Steering Committee to recommend to W3C Team to authorize S. Korea to manage update of ISO TS from EPUB 3.0 to 3.0.1 without any textual changes to IDPF-developed specs Do we plan to update the all PBG on the F2F NY meeting? I would prefer that we plan for at least one meeting each month for each group. Just my 2 cents. I’d like to propose the following, and would love to have some feedback: June 27 – steering committee meeting – cancelled, with the option for Christina to use the time for a larger business group meeting to discuss, and close, any open ISO issues July 4 – full publishing group meeting – cancelled for the US holiday July 11 – steering committee meeting – cancelled for the summer hiatus July 18 – full publishing group meeting – cancelled for the summer hiatus July 25 – steering committee meetings resume August 1 – full publishing group meetings resume Thoughts?
