[AUDIOBOOKS] Next Steps

An update on the status of work:

We have merged PRs #114<https://github.com/w3c/audiobooks/pull/114> and #113<https://github.com/w3c/audiobooks/pull/113>, as they were editorial and informative changes to the document.

We have not yet merged PR #111<https://github.com/w3c/audiobooks/pull/111> as doing so requires us to take certain steps.

If we merge the normative changes in PR #111, we will have to send the document for approval by the AC as part of republishing. In addition to this, we will need to write and run tests for the normative changes. The two changes requiring tests are:

  *   Item level duration is a MUST (test for presence of item-level duration)
  *   Creators MUST reference an item only once in the readingOrder (test for content being referenced more than once)

Writing the tests is trivial and can be done easily, but to feel comfortable moving ahead with the change, we need commitments from at least 2 implementors that the tests can be run in a timely fashion so that we can publish the document and move to the vote with the AC.

Please let us know if you will be able to help. Without confirmation from implementors, we will hold off on this PR for now, until we find a time where we can address it again.
