Proposed Recommendations published, AC vote initiated for the PR and the maintenance WG charter

Dear all,

- Our Proposed Recommendations have been published[1][2]
- Our WG notes have also been published [3][4]
- AC Vote request went out for the PR[5]
- AC Vote request went out for the Maintenance WG charter[6]

I was a busy morning:-)

Please, if you are part of a member organization, talk to your AC rep (or, if you are the AC rep, talk to yourself:-) and cast your vote for [5] and [6]!

Thank you for all. It was a long road, but we are now in the very last phase.
