[PWG] Next Call MARCH 2ND (no meetings Feb 10th, 17th, and 24th)

Hi PWG Folks,

Due to sparse agenda, a US and Canadian Holiday, and a Publishing BG
Steering Committee conflict, we will *skip the next three Monday calls*.

*We'll get back together on March 2nd* and an agenda will precede that
meeting.

In the meantime, the *homework* is to continue to work on tests, testing,
and implementation of our almost-Specs.  Hopefully we'll be able to have
substantive discussion of progress on those fronts on March 2nd.
