[I was the person who pushed for having this conference be about more than just PDF, and I would love to have support from this group in promoting WP, EPUB 3.x, etc.]

Next summer, the PDF Association will create and stage the Electronic Document Conference 2019<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pdfa.org%2Fevent%2Fthe-electronic-document-conference%2F&data=02%7C01%7Clrosenth%40adobe.com%7C9b0dd2be0f394497813c08d6557bd394%7Cfa7b1b5a7b34438794aed2c178decee1%7C0%7C0%7C636790388675886346&sdata=EN308M2EynB0CNW%2FXDUIq7K9X2LRGhVBjdlZiJsZrls%3D&reserved=0> in Seattle, Washington, June 17-18, 2019.

The Electronic Document Conference is intended for technical and other product managers evaluating electronic document technologies, and for developers who need to create or process PDF files. An intensive educational experience over two days, the event offers over 50 sessions reflecting a wide range of experience and perspectives on implementing applications that use electronic documents. In 2019 the Electronic Document Conference (EDC) is allied with CreativePro Week<https://creativeproweek.com/>. EDC attendees receive a discount on registration for CreativePro Week (June 10-14, the week before the EDC).
