Yeah, some of my vertical writing books are not rendered vertically but some of them work on Chrome/FF which is a bit weird seems CSS related but anyway RX will get improved sooner or later.

It's pretty interesting RX to me in terms of affordance that how smooth it is to open a book from a book list ("shelf").

And it really have the least affordance support that user can just read the book.

Thanks,

Zheng

It is presented as a "giant scroll", but there are (however imperceptibly) wrapping lines around each <section> which contains each resources XHTML contents.

Each of those <section>'s have `data-type="titlepage" epub:type="titlepage"` (or whatever epub:type was there), but otherwise the body of the XHTML is dumped into that section.

Doing that does get them Ctrl+F "out of the box" across all the contents.

Regardless of these details, we should certainly get them involved in this work--if at all possible!

Wow.

There is no paginated view, though. What it seems to do is to put all the text into a giant scroll. But it is good…

Thanks for the info

Dropbox is a popular way to store your ebooks and other files online, and now they have made it a little easier to read those ebooks. A reader has tipped me to the news that Dropbox now has an Epub viewer built into its website. Simply double click on one of the Epub files you have uploaded to your ...
