[pwg] yet another resource list?

Hi PWG,

We weren't able to get to one of the items on the agenda yesterday. It may shock you, but we need to get some work done between meetings! Please take a look at issue #225 [1] "yet another 'resource list' in the manifest?"

Fundamentally the question comes down to how we inform the UAs that items in the WP carry the special characteristics, such as being the cover or the privacy policy. This could apply to the accessibility report, external metadata, or items we have not yet identified.

Ivan has proposed two solutions at [2]


Proposed 1: introduce another entry to the manifest, termed externalResources as mean for structural infoset properties. The value is an array of PublicationLink objects.



Proposed 2: define a number of URL-s for the purpose of structural properties, as used as possible relvalues, namely, https://www.w3.org/ns/wpub#accessibility-report, https://www.w3.org/ns/wpub#cover, https://www.w3.org/ns/wpub#privacy-policy.
