Tzviya Siegman Information Standards Lead Wiley 201-748-6884 tsiegman@wiley.com -----Original Message----- From: Coralie Mercier [mailto:coralie@w3.org] Sent: Monday, July 23, 2018 1:50 PM To: chairs@w3.org Subject: Reminder: TPAC 2018 registration / W3C IEs waiver Dear Chairs, Please forward as appropriate. This is a reminder regarding W3C invited experts in your group(s) and TPAC 2018 registration, which early bird rate expires after July 31. W3C Invited Experts should self-declare: cf. <https://www.w3.org/2018/10/TPAC/#iefund> {{ If you are a W3C Invited Expert, and meet the following requirements, you may state so in the registration form [1], and W3C will waive your registration fee: • I am a current W3C Invited Expert in a W3C Group (or several) and am actively contributing to the work, attending calls/meetings, etc. • That W3C Group (or these groups) is (are) meeting at TPAC. • I am self-funded (i.e. my expenses are not paid by an organization). • I will attend TPAC (i.e. please don’t ask to have fees waived and then not turn up; that might deny fee coverage to someone else). If you have any question, please write to w3t-tpregister@w3.org, and we will give you more information. }} [1] https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2018/ -- Coralie Mercier - W3C Marketing & Communications - https://www.w3.org mailto:coralie@w3.org +337 810 795 22 https://www.w3.org/People/CMercier/
