Thanks for the welcome and all the information!! I will be on the newbies
call tomorrow, and the official call next week.

For introduction, I work for Pearson, where I run a team of UX engineers.
We do a lot of prototyping and experimentation in web based applications
for the company.

I was a member of the IDPF and worked on the scriptable components aspect
of ePub 3.1 and Edupub. I've been tracking Web Publications work for
several years, and I want to come into the conversation as both a reading
system implementor and a publisher, as Pearson has done both.

In particular, I'd be interested in seeing if I could add some help to the
prototype part of the equation currently, so I will dig into documentation
and past conversations to see where I could help with that.
