Hi all,

as agreed yesterday, after having merged the PR-s, the example manifests (in the Appendix of the draft[1]) have all a canonical versions now, referred to from that section. I hope this helps.

Rachel, the diagram is another matter, will have to do it when all the lifecycle section is complete…
