Dear Advisory Committee representative (bcc’ed),

This update establishes the reference draft of the current W3C Patent
Policy exclusion opportunity for:

- Packaged Web Publications
 exclusion opportunity ending on  3 June 2018 23:59 UTC

- Web Annotation Extensions for Web Publications
 exclusion opportunity ending on  3 June 2018 23:59 UTC

These specifications were produced by the Publishing Working Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required. Member participants who think
their organization may have patent claims to exclude should contact their
Advisory Committee Representative.

Participants have until  3 June 2018 23:59 UTC to exclude claims reading on
these Recommendation track documents; excluded claims are not subject to
the licensing requirements of the W3C Patent Policy for this document. For
