With regard to locators discussion on the agenda for Monday, in addition to a quick scan of [7] https://w3c.github.io/publ-loc/ from Garth's list, you may also want to look at the associated issues (https://github.com/w3c/publ-loc/issues) in particular (in order) #6, #9, #11, and #12. Particularly those of you familiar with EPUB CFI may have thoughts about how often some CFI features are implemented and the range of use cases we need to support for WPub.
