[a11y] Agenda for Accessibility TF: July 20, at 16:00 UTC

Dear Accessibility Task Force,

The first call of the task force is scheduled on July 20 (Thursday), time: 16:00 UTC.
We will be using GoToMeeting this week. Thanks to EDRLab.

The proposed agenda is as follows. And the IRC and dial-in details are provided below.
In the first call the main focus should be  on planning:
1.  Update for the situation with WCAG, and overview of the accessibility requirements related work that we need to do on publishing WG side. 

2. How to help the working group in accessibility horizontal review (meet the accessibility requirements of WCAG and accessibility requirements specific to publishing). This process usually starts from first working draft, in fact it should start from design stage to avoid problems during working draft reviews. 

3. Assign group members for acting as liaison with other W3C groups
- Accessibility Guidelines WG for WCAG 2.1 & 3.0.
- Accessible Platform Architectures WG. - ARIA
- Task forces in AG (ACT, Low vision, Cognitive etc.
- Personalization task force in ARIA
- Possibly WAI

4. Work on audio sync text.

5. Any other topic.
