Just a friendly reminder when you reply to someone in github, please make
sure to add a blank line between any quoted text and start of your response
to it (and don't leave a stray '>' before you start typing).


I've seen a number of instances where the following paragraph of a response
gets pulled into the quoted text, which makes reading difficult both by
email and in github.
