RE: "ISO CD 8.2, Information and documentation - Presentation of Periodicals" has opened for ballot

Are you saying all that prose is literally in the draft International Standard? If so, fantastic! But will there be a way to update those links to the Accessibility Specification 1.0 and Accessibility Techniques when there isn't an idpf.org anymore? Or is the reason for the space between the two blocks of prose that the second block is not actually in the Standard?

Periodicals are presented in a way that is in compliance with applicable standards of accessibility. Ensuring accessibility aids in discoverability by
search engines and preservation as well as enabling all individuals to access the content.
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.0, is a stable, referenceable technical standard
developed through the W3C process. It has 12 guidelines that are organized under 4 principles:
perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. For each guideline, there are testable success criteria,
which are at three levels: A, AA, and AAA.
