[a11y] Agenda for Accessibility TF: Aug 2, at 14:00 UTC

Dear Accessibility Task Force,

The next call of the task force is scheduled on August 2 (Wednesday), time: 14:00 UTC / 4 PM Paris / 10 AM Boston.

The proposed agenda is as follows. And the IRC and dial-in details are provided below.

1. Update for WCAG 2.1 proposals.

2. Structure of the PWG accessibility requirements document. The objective is to start from the principles and move down to specifics as the specifications are developed by PWG.
