For actedOnBehalfOf(id; ag2, ag1, a, attrs)
ag2 is called "delegate" and ag1 is called "responsible"

The current prov.xsd
http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/default/xml/prov.xsd.html#type_ActedOnBehalfOf
calls these "subordinate" and "responsible"

I propose to change the XSD from "subordinate" to "delegate" to match the description in PROV-DM.
