Planning page for generating the 2nd iteration of the Implementation Stakeholder questionnaire

I have created a wiki page to compile ideas on new or restructured questions for the 2nd iteration of the implementation questionnaire.

The page also has a section where we can organize how we will advertise the questionnaire when we publish it.
