Hello,

The latest version of PROV-O (published over 10 years ago!) contains a link
to the PROV Document Overview in the Abstract, which goes to a Working
Draft document.

Fortunately, the Working Draft has a link to the latest version.

The current link is to:

The correct link is: https://www.w3.org/TR/prov-overview/
