Publish update request for http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq.ttl

Ivan,

I’d like to request the following update for http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq.ttl <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq.ttl> to be published to resolve an inconsistency across the currently-published serializations [1].

The triple in question is shown below in diff form.
3 of 4 representations disagree with the fourth:
     * The RDF and TTL representations of http://www.w3.org/ns/prov <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov>, along with the RDF representation of http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq> cite http://www.w3.org/ns/prov# <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#>, 
     * while the TTL representation of http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq> does not (it points to http://www.w3.org/TR/prov# <http://www.w3.org/TR/prov#>).
