Publish update request for http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-links

I’d like to request that some syntactic changes be published for http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-links <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-links>.

The :inverse, :sharesDefinitionWith, and :specializationOf properties were incorrectly within the prov-links# namespace.

All other changes are syntactic and spacing, and will benefit future “prov namespace concatenation” updates.
