Publish update request for http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq

On behalf of Paul and Graham, I’d like to request the following update for http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-aq>
to clean up the use of rdfs:isDefinedBy to organize terms by the “components” (e.g. prov-o, prov-dc, etc.) that introduced them [1].

The full diff can be found at [3], but is summarized below (the OWL serialization follows suit [4]).

1) For prov-aq terms, changed the rdfs:isDefinedBy from <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov# <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#>> to  <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov>-aq#>
2) Removed the assertions {rdfs:label and rdfs:comment} rdfs:isDefinedBy :prov.
