[PROV-Bench] apples and oranges benchmark generation

PROV Benchers,

I ran into some very nice work [1] on generating synthetic RDF datasets seeded by existing RDF datasets.
It was new to me, so hopefully it will be new to some of you.

It would be interesting to feed in some real existing PROV-O to see what kind of results one gets.
