Open Source C++ Implementation of W3C-PROV

Hi folks, 

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum, but I'm unable to find an open-source C++ implementation of the PROV model for use in my provenance-tracking applications.

I have two questions:

1) Does such a library already exist?

2) If not, is anyone interested in helping out :)?
