XSD namespace declarations

Hello,

Looking at the PROV recommendations, I noticed that the xsd namespace 
declarations sections use URI "http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema#" for 
prefix xsd

http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/REC-prov-dm-20130430/Overview.html#namespaces
http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/REC-prov-n-20130430/#namespace-table
http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/REC-prov-o-20130430/#namespaces

I think this is an error (it should be "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#"
). The examples given in PROV-O use the correct URI.
