Decisions needed to make our upcoming document shuffle official

Hi all,

We are almost ready to finalise the changes to the structure of documents
that the TF is working on. In order to allow Roy to finalise these, we need
to have official decisions from the TF on them. I am summarising them here,
with appropriate text for us to put into the minutes via IRC should we have
consensus on our upcoming call...

1. We want to split the combined use cases and gap analysis document into
two separate documents.

RESOLUTION: Deprecate the Gap Analysis and Use Cases document at
<https://www.w3.org/TR/pronunciation-gap-analysis-and-use-cases/>, and refer
instead to the separate Use Cases (at
<https://www.w3.org/TR/pronunciation-use-cases/>), and Gap Analysis (at
<https://www.w3.org/TR/pronunciation-gap-analysis/>), documents.

2. We want to fold the user scenarios document into the use cases document.

RESOLUTION: Deprecate the User Scenarios document at
<https://www.w3.org/TR/pronunciation-user-scenarios/>, and refer instead to
the Use Cases document (at
<https://www.w3.org/TR/pronunciation-use-cases/>).
