Update: CFC for Pronunciation technical approach document

Hi All,
We are following the w3 process to send CFC for this document and assume by next week, it will be out.
Meanwhile, we could use time to review this document in more details.  I request you to please spend some time on it to review and let us know if there is anything that can be improved/added/edited.

We are ready to send CFC in a day or two after Janina’s confirmation based upon APA coordination call. There is no call tomorrow. However, we are need to have planning call and talk about further development.
