We should reach out to the Epub Group ASAP

Hi All,

As I'm sure most of you know, I have a new contract that is focused around
accessible epub generation. Because of that, I've also now applied to be a
part of the Epub 3 WG (as an Invited Expert - Janina, we should chat w.r.t.
APA involvement).

In chatting with Ivan Herman (W3C staff contact for that WG), he noted that
the Epub folks were working on the same problem we're attempting to solve.
See here: https://w3c.github.io/epub-specs/epub33/tts/#ssml

Ivan noted that he was recently made aware of our work, but it strikes me
we should be aligning ourselves with them (or vice-versa - whatever...),
and I propose we formally ask that at a minimum they comment on our draft,
and perhaps there may be some value in a joint teleconference as well (?)

Chairs?
