TPAC 2019 updates

<janina> ---Pronunciation TF http://www.w3.org/2019/09/18-apa-minutes.html#item03 http://www.w3.org/2019/09/20-apa-minutes.html#item05

Janina: link contains pointer for minutes
... Use cases document did its job very successfully.

<Irfan> https://github.com/w3c/pronunciation/blob/master/docs/explainer.md

The link contains the explainer document developed during TPAC.

Mark: Key step was understanding of broad nature, not just AT.

Refer to document for goals and also non-goals.

Mark: some tweaks may be needed based on other meetings at TPAC.
... Feedback from some, the attribute model seems to be most attractive.
... plan to discuss updates in next week's meeting.
... There is broad recognition that what we are doing is important.
... next steps, everyone should look at the explainer document.

Next step after TPAC

Irfan: Review explainer document. Work on the documents, particularly GAP analysis

Mark, refine and prepare explainer on github

Janina: We need support of WATWG (owner of HTML).

Mark: Share final form of explainer with TAG

Janina: WATWG formed to promote HTML5. Web Incubation Community Group is still a W3C process.
... APA will continue to be involved but we will need to involve these other efforts at key points.

Other Business

Irfan: any questions or updates?
... new member applications submitted

Mark: may be able to pull in some from Japanese publishing.

<janina> https://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/Accessibility

Sam: presented an overview of using UX research methods, talk was well received
