Regrets for Tuesday's call

Dear Irfan, All:

I regret I have a conflict at our meeting time this coming Tuesday. I
have a previous commitment for this coming Tuesday only.

Also, looking forward on my calendar I note I will also have a conflict
regularly when our Tuesday meeting falls on the first Tuesday of the
month.
