Hiya, Could you direct me to the W3C's anti-discrimination policy, if any. I know that participation in a wg is predicated on "social competence in one's role", but that's not really specific. I didn't find anything like that on the job adverts (e.g., "The W3C does not discriminate on the basis of...blah blah" boilerplate). I imagine the employment one is a bit complicated because of the host structure. Cheers, Bijan.
