ListPurpose: This mailing list, which has a public archive, is for comments
  about the W3C Process Document [1], which is managed by the W3C Advisory Board [2].
  The Advisory Board welcomes comments on this list about the Process Document from
  Members and public alike. Due to the frequency of Advisory Board meetings (typically
  once per month), your comments may not receive replies for at least several weeks.
  Furthermore, because the W3C Process Document evolves slowly, proposed changes may
  not appear for quite some time.
