Meeting on the 27th canceled

Due to a lack of agenda items, we're going to cancel the next scheduled
meeting.  We do have one item but it doesn't seem urgent or large enough to
justify the time.

As always, if you have something that you would like to discuss, open an
issue and flag it with an "Agenda+" or just send a note to a chair using
any whatever medium suits you.  (If you can't set labels @-mention a chair
on the issue and we'll look into that for you.)
