Changes to Privacy CG chairing

Hi all,

Tanvi Vyas will be leaving Mozilla and is stepping down as co-chair of
the Privacy CG. We wish her the best in her future endeavors and thank
her for all of her tireless work setting up and running the CG. Much of
the success of the CG is due to Tanvi’s efforts.

Luckily, Martin Thomson has agreed to join the chairing team. While no
one could replace Tanvi, we’re looking forward to working with him.
