Agenda for August 24/25 Privacy CG Meeting

Privacy enthusiasts all,

Our next Privacy CG call is happening this Thursday (for those west of UTC)
or Friday (from UTC eastward) at 00:00 UTC.  This is the "APAC-friendly"
time (though I'll concede it isn't that friendly for a good chunk of Asia,
we do what we can).
