First Party Sets Ad hoc Meeting Thursday; Privacy CG Teleconference Cancelled

Two announcements here -

   - This Thursday, August 12th at 2pm PT (9pm UTC), we are having an Ad
   hoc meeting <https://github.com/privacycg/meetings/issues/14> on First
   Party Sets.  The session will include a discussion on the First
Party Sets UA
   Policy Proposal

   We will use our regular meeting notes doc
