JS-Membranes Proposal Dedicated Meeting

Hi all,

We will be having a dedicated meeting to discuss the JS Membranes Proposal
<https://github.com/privacycg/js-membranes> for folks interested in
discussing the specific proposal and issues in greater detail.  The meeting
will be at 10:00 am PDT on Thursday, March 26th for 30 minutes.  This will
be right after our regular Privacy CG teleconference, and for simplicity,
we will use the same zoom room.
