Hi all,

Client-Side Storage Partitioning (proposed by @othermaciej in
privacycg/proposals#4) is now a Work Item of the Privacy CG, with
@annevk editing.

Our charter has been updated to reflect this. As with all substantive
charter changes, this has been announced in our admin repository:

We'll go over this on the call this Thursday.
