Thanks all; we have consensus both at the last meeting and on the list. (Participants shouldn't feel an additional obligation to re-iterate support on the mailing list in addition to a meeting when the chairs have assessed consensus at a meeting, but it's also fine to do so.) Philippe and Tara, please go ahead with FPWD publication and setting up auto-publication for GPC. We also have agreement to plan to publish an explainer as a Draft Note, but that doesn't seem urgent at the moment for the initial publication.
