Hi PING folks, As is our (still new) tradition, we have summarized the last year of PING privacy reviews on the W3C blog. 24 formal spec reviews in 2021 is a pretty impressive accomplishment for our group of volunteers, and I anticipate that we'll be even busier this year. https://www.w3.org/blog/2022/01/privacy-interest-group-ping-2021-year-in-review-and-thank-yous/ Year-end and the new year is a good time to be thankful. Thanks to all those who conducted a review, and to the PING participants who have provided input and feedback on our calls (and mailing lists and github threads). And thanks to all the working groups and the editors and participants who have sought out privacy reviews, and done their own self-reviews in advance, and come to our meetings to explain specs that we didn't understand, and engaged in discussion (again, lots of github issue threads) and designed features to address privacy issues. And, not specifically included in that blog post, thanks also to Christine Runnegar, our co-chair, who has worked to track progress for these yearly reflections, and to Sam Weiler and Wendy Seltzer from the W3C Team who have helped keep us organized and informed. Looking forward to our (quick, probably) call today, and to lots of good privacy work to do together this year.
