Hi Léonie, I'd opened https://github.com/w3c/html-aria/issues/295 which was resolved by https://github.com/w3c/html-aria/pull/301. I didn't have any further comments - didn't know about the privacy-needs-resolution label else would have used that, but I see that it is now tagged with privacy-tracker.
