Tracking W3C specs going to CR/PR/Rec

If you want to see when Transition Requests are filed, consider 
subscribing to the public-transition-announce mailing list:

public-transition-announce-request@w3.org

This list gets automatic notifications when a new issue is created in 
the Github repository used for tracking transitions:

https://github.com/w3c/transitions/issues

This could be useful if you want to make sure that your own comments on 
docs have been acted upon before the doc is (re-)published.
