Joint meeting with PING

Dear PING and TTWG,

Apologies for the late notice: as discussed during last week's TTWG call I invited folk from PING to join us for a discussion about TTWG feedback to the IMSC 1.2 and TTML2 reviews, and so far at least two of the key respondents are able to join. I think that's enough for us to get started.

For convenience, this will be an extension to the regular weekly TTWG meeting tomorrow, in the hour following, and using the same (member-only-visible) joining instructions. I have added it to the agenda at the end of https://github.com/w3c/ttwg/issues/105 - all welcome, with the discussion scheduled at 1600 UTC.
