Call for reviewers for TTML and Intersection Observer specs

Hi PING folks,

We've had a number of spec review requests come in over the last few days, some of which could benefit from someone familiar with the world of Timed Text Markup Language and similar.

Can anyone here volunteer to do a first pass on one or a couple of these? I'm happy to work with anyone if its their first time reviewing a spec, or if you'd like a second opinion. The goal would be to have the review(s) completed by our next PING call on Nov 7, so we can discuss on the call and return any issues to the groups very shortly after.

I've included links to the relevant specs below. If folks could choose an item or two from the below list to review that would be terrific. Please respond by Thursday, Nov 31 so that there is adequate time for reviews.

Thanks!
Pete and the PING Co-Chairs
