[PING] [Questionnaire Update] - Week 3 Status

Hi all - 

Thanks for the feedback on the Introduction and How To Use sections of the questionnaire.  They’ve been sent to the TAG for review in https://github.com/w3ctag/security-questionnaire/pull/39 <https://github.com/w3ctag/security-questionnaire/pull/39>.

Last week, the smaller group exchanged on the following topic:

The goal of this week is to develop a branch containing PING edits to the mitigation strategy section that we will submit as a PR to the TAG to accept into the master document.
