Following up on our last call, I reached out <https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/255> to the Pointer Events WG regarding the Security & Privacy considerations getting dropped from the May 10th version of the spec.  It It seems that there was a merge issue and it is resolved in the May 22nd revision of the specification, which includes the Security and Privacy section that incorporates the feedback previously sent to them.
