IRC channel for screen readers

Colleagues,

For those of you who might use screen readers in W3C activities, there is a now an IRC an IRC channel #screenreaders on the W3C server.

This is a place where screen reader users can go to ask questions about scribing, participating in calls and meetings, and using tools like Github.
