Christine,

You might want to put this agenda on a permanent web page that can be edited
during the meeting (you can either include or link off to minutes), for
reference later. I would also suggest setting up scribe sessions for people
to sign up for that - which fills up the whole day - without requiring too
much time from any one person.

Just some suggested techniques that I have seen used that lesson the load on
all in advance - and provide a good reference/recording in the easiest
manner.
