ENISA has released a new report - Privacy Considerations of Online Behavioural Tracking http://www.enisa.europa.eu/activities/identity-and-trust/library/deliverables/privacy-considerations-of-online-behavioural-tracking Recommendations: 1. Focus on tracking, not Online Behavioural Advertising (OBA) 2. Elicit more meaningful privacy policies 3. Develop easy-to-use tools for transparency and control 4. Develop compliance and monitoring initiatives 5. Develop anti-tracking initiatives for Mobile Apps 6. Promote privacy-by-design (Note: the report also discusses DNT)
